Before training your staff we want to understand what Safeguarding means for your organisation. Your core values, principles and ethos will be included in all training we deliver.

We will create an interactive training experience with bespoke case studies, group activities and exercises, small and large group discussions – all designed to maximise learning and support your Safeguarding messages.

We believe that training is more meaningful and attendees more engaged when they have meaningful content that they can relate to their everyday roles.

We work to create a training experience that is open, curious and inclusive where we will ensure attendees understand their Safeguarding roles and responsibilities and the appropriate actions to take should they have a Safeguarding concern.

Please contact us for an informal chat about your training needs and see how we can support you on your Safeguarding journey towards excellence.
